The grey hulk was actually smarter than the green hulk but slightly less powerful. At least during Peter Davids run when Mcfarlane was drawing them

I am surprised this doesn't get more story times around Christmas, it's hilarious. It's purposely written and drawn worse than the rest of his run, to give the illusion of "no fucks given" continuity wise, it happened two years earlier than anything else he wrote. It's a glorious attempt to imitate a train-wreck.

Peter David was the only great Hulk run.
Pak's Planet Hulk is easily in the top 5 best Hulk stories though.
Pak didn't go mindless 'Hulk Smash' that was Loeb's Hulk when he took over. Pak's Hulk was closer to Conan the Barbarian, where he was a master strategist of few words.
