"Scandal" and "How to Get Away with Murder" are very successful and statistically, even if a show just had black people watching it, it could still get enough viewers to be successful. Kenan and Kel was one of my favorites growing up, and I remember watching a lot of Cousin Skeeter. There was also Little Bill, which I didn't really liked, but ended up watching anyway.
