What the fuck I just read? This is too weird to be funny. This is really fucked up.
>>93589059
Probably the best of what has been a pretty solid line of crossovers.
Fucking loved this one.
>>93589134
I've only read Batman/Fudd and that was phenomenal
>>93589059
>those tiny ass arms
i just want to say thanks to the anon that linked me the Jonah Hex comics from the 2006 run. I'm already on issue 50 and I don't want it to end. This is some of the consistently highest quality stuff I've ever seen from the big two.
>>93589201
This is comparable.
Roadrunner/Lobo is probably the bronze medalist.
>>93589205
Hey, don't talk of Sam. He is a good man and a great fucking shot!
>badass Foghorn Leghorn
Oh my...
>>93589134
This one felt like some really weird Vertigo comic.
Also, the art was good, but the coloring was really bad. Like Dynamite comics coloring.

>issue 50
Oh man. If you haven't read it already, prepare your heart.
If you have, good luck piecing it back together.
If you told me about this comic a month ago and said that Yosemite Sam would be a respectable guy that you root for, I wouldn't have believed you.
But fuck, it's good. All of them have been really good. The worst were probably Martian Manhunter which was servicable and Wonder Woman, where the pairing didn't do much for the story.
>>93589415
WW's back-up was pretty good tho. Hell, apart from this one and Batman/Fudd, all the back-ups were superior to the main story.
I went to my LCS today specifically to get this and Batman/Fudd and according to the guy behind the counter they sold out of those in the first fifteen minutes.
>>93589415
I wonder if these are 'pilots' with DC planning to make some of the successful ones more regular. The Batman/Fudd one especially seems to have gotten a good reception, and the Hex/Yosemite one was straight-up old-style pre-Gotham Hex. The Lobo/Roadrunner one introduced some pretty promising lore too.
>>93589251
Could you please storytime it, I missed it and I just can't find a rip anywhere.
>>93590748
Hex is just the coolest fucking character
as far as I'm concerned, the new 52 is better than Rebirth just cuz he had a story
I know Bill Morrison's name from his work on Captain Carrot and the Final Ark, a Final Crisis tie-in series. I remember it because under his name, "Morrison", on the cover it said "no, not that one".
I later found out he co-founded Bongo Comics whose Simpsons comics I read a lot of in my youth.
And of course Kelley Jones needs no introduction.
Gettin' some Coyote Gospel vibes
>>93592184
that's my favorite trope
Sorry for slowness, I don't have a pass anymore.
>>93592224
I wonder if these are real moments in Coyote/Roadrunner history.
>>93592266
I always had thought that it was supposed to be a joke that Ralph the Wolf was actually a coyote or THE Wile E.
How would you rank the crossovers /co/?
Batman>Hex>LOSH>>Lobo>J'onn>Wondy
Though I liked them all.
So far I've only read Wonder Woman/Tasmanian Devil, which I was extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed.
As a huge fan of Jonah Hex ever since Judge Anon recommended I read the Palmiotti/Gray run, I need to get around to reading Jonah Hex/Yosemite Sam tonight.
>>93592315
I like the Martian story more than Lobo, seeing Marvin being effective was pretty good, I'd like the LOSH story more if only the 2nd story wasn't just a retelling of the first. In terms of 2nd story story Id rank it as Wondy>Lobo>Losh>Martian>Hex>Batman.
>>93592397
>Fraggus impossibilitus
I love this
>>93592408
has he always been a 4th wall breaker
>>93592428
Very much so.
>>93592428
It's a Looney Tunes / DC crossover, I'd be surprised if there weren't any broken fourth walls.
>>93592480
>Wile E Coyote is a Green Lantern
That's fucking rad, I wish these were canon.
thanks that was enjoyable
whats the best Lobo stories
all I know is from the cartoons and lil Lobo from Young Justice
>>93592507
I recommend reading through his solo because it's a riot pretty much all the way through.
>>93592519
>Customer of the Year
>>93592572
I'm sure they're just some Looney Tunes characters I don't know of, but those animals in the top right remind me of some of the various funny animal characters DC published in the 40's and 50's.
Though admittedly most of those were ripoffs of Looney Tunes and Disney cartoons.
And that's the end.
did any one story time the Batman and Jonah Hex ones
>>93589201
I skimmed the Taz/WW one cause it got boring really quick for me. but I bought the Lobo/RR one and fucking loved it.
>>93592130
thanks
>>93592700
Jonah Hex: >>93508419
>>93592507
Read L.E.G.I.O.N. and R.E.B.E.L.S. Even beyond Lobo, they're just really, really good.
>>93592611
The main story was alright, but damn that back-up is great.
>>93589286
I felt his loss an few pages after was more impact-full. You get more growth as a result
>>93592725
just read the Jonah Hex one and Batman/Fudd. Both good but holy shit that Batman Fudd was fucking unbelievable!
>>93592775
got links?
>>93593718
It's all on libgen. No complicated reading order, just LEGION v1, then REBELS v1.
>>93593766
sorry, I thought you were talking about looney toon crossover issues
>>93592420
