Post villains that are criminally underutilized and deserve more attention.

The Spook has so much untapped potential that it hurts. A master escape artist and illusionist that looks like a phantom sounds like the perfect set-up for a high ranking baddie in Batman's rogue gallery and yet he's one of the most obscure characters out there.

Yes and it's complete bullshit. I hate when characters are killed off in general but Spook had so much potential.
