Dead wrong. It's absolutely GOAT tier but even if you don't like it because how the plot does sort of just meander with no real focus for the most part it's far from their worst film.

Toy Story is overrated, though. It was fantastic for its time, but every Golden Age Pixar movie has better animation, better storytelling, better characterization and designs, better heart. It's not necessarily an insult to it, just that Pixar got consistently better over the years.
