Seriously, it is subjective. There is no better. I just started reading Superman with Rebirth again and when comparing the two Superman really is more of a hero than Batman when it comes down to it.

And Peter Parker is a fucking nerd. Why does the popularity of their alter ego matter and how does it mean he is in any way superior to Superman? Clark Kent as an alter ego exists for a specific reason. Despite how much of a good guy Clark is, everybody walks over him and mistakes his kindness as a form of weakness. Bruce Wayne is a rich billionaire playboy but outside of his cool factor there's not really much to the idea of Bruce Wayne that already hasn't been done by Superman and done more effectively too
