I don't really ship it but sometimes I see cute Klance fanart that I'd never dare post here because it would unleash endless bitching about the fandom. I think the character dynamics of Klance and Shallura are fine for a ship as long as they stay accurate to the characterization of the show, which is a big problem with a lot of the fanwork but it's not as if it's all only that, plus we sometimes discard the show's characterizations for fun in the threads anyway. Probably most of the hate is a really exaggerated reaction to shitty fans, and a couple salty mono-shippers in the threads with rival ships. Not saying Klancefags aren't awful but people could stand to chill out and separate fans from the show.
