Static should have gotten a movie years ago to complete with Spider-Man. Also, he is an interesting character. Never liked Cyborg outside of the TT cartoon or the old TT comics.

I want to say static, but I think Static's prime has long since passed for a movie, while normies' interest in cyborg is only just starting to peak. Plus i cant help but imagine really shitty lightning vfx, which is turning me off. The vfx for cyborg's transformation would be cool.

Static is nothing special really. Better than Cyborg but that's a low bar. I don't know why people pretend he's amazing or something. Plenty of characters who deserve a movie before both.

Static has much better material imo, but Cyborg has a lot more reps so we can safely guess who's getting it first.
