I got pretty excited for Iwan Rheon being cast as Maximus since he can do that cunning villain pretty well but even his acting seems pretty dry. That speech sounded like he was bored out of his mind. So the trailer dashed pretty much any hope I had in the show. I know you can't judge something off a trailer alone and shows sometimes take a season to find it's place but I wonder if ABC will even renew this for a 2nd season let alone run it for it's full first season.
