Hard to say. I wouldn't have believed Snake-Eyes and Serpentor both dying off-panel in an explosion, but it appears to be for real, and sticking.

Yet within the comic, everyone reacts as if there was a body for Snake-Eyes at least, but readers don't get to see it.
