Looks like Infinity War's getting the Bleeding Edge suit at last
What's so edgy about it?
Why gives a shit about his suits after iron man 3?
>>93518688
Why is he wearing the helmet and upper chest?
>>93518688
Looks weird...but it is a reference prop for the CGI team, I guess.
The Ultron prop on the set during the Sokovia battle looked derpy as all fuck, but after special effects, the detail and fluidity was impressive.
I have a feeling Iron Man's new suit gonna be one of the best parts of Infinity War.
>>93518731
>Bleeding Edge suit
It literally crawls in his skin
>>93518795
Looks better than full CGI.
>>93518826
But will his wounds heal?
>>93518826
Does it bid his blood to run?
>>93518871
Nanomachines, son
>>93518688
Like clockwork! Every new movie there's some idiont going "OMG is bleeding edge!" When the armor looks nothing like it...
>>93518871
Atleast he wont fall to fear
>>93518811
It serves two purposes. The actors have something to look at and play off so you don't get the Star Wars prequel effect (pretend this ping pong ball is a crazy alium), and the effects team have an easier time placing the model.
>>93518919
To be fair, the Russos themselves outright said that the Mark XLVI was meant to evoke the image of the Bleeding Edge armor, and this armor genuinely DOES look like it's some kind of consistant musculature that would be hard to imagine suiting up in the traditional sense.
Add in thatStark is injured at some point in the film, if makeup is any indication, and the fact that Stark's got a new chestpiece that matches the one on the suit and there's very likely to be some element of transhumanism in this armor.
>>93518871
Technically, the armor's wounds can heal...
>>93518688
I would LOVE to see this thing morph weapons in high quality CGI.
Hell, the suit up sequence alone will be a sight to behold.
>>93518769
/m/ and /co/ have some pretty big overlap.
>>93518826
If I pulled off that suit would he die?
>>93519464
It would be very painful
>>93519166
>and the fact that Stark's got a new chestpiece
I think that's just a plate to fill the whole left from the electromagnet Yinsen shoved in Tony's chest. Remember? He got the shrapnel and the reactor taken out in IM3.
>>93518811
Remember when that photo first emerged?
>>It's just a drone! No way that's the real Ultron!
>>93518688
>>93519613
Mother fucker! I was JUST about to post that!
>>93519166
Oh yeah, part of Heroic Age Iron Man's status is that he needs the chestpiece to stay alive because it now runs his biology after he lost Extremis, effectively serving as a replacement.
>>93519464
It was extremely painful for him.
>>93519537
Assuming he even had a plate, which sounds like fanfiction on your part, why do they make a point of exposing it in the under armor...which looks like it's a prop for a CGI high tech undersheath?
>>93518688
lol why iron man wearing zubas, marvel is hipster garbage
>>93519613
That's awfully hostile for such a peace loving man.
>>93518811
Ultron learned the joy of sensible pants.
>>93520117
He's always angry
>>93520117
Maybe losers should get real jobs and stop being leeches by doing nothing besides taking pictures. Then they would not have to worry about getting the finger.
>>93518688
lol, they all look exactly the same to me
>>93520478
Lack of attention to geometrical detail is a sign of unintelligence, anon.
Even worse, aside from the helmet, Tony's suits are pretty distinguishable; the only thing they share as of late is general musculature.
Mark XLV and XLVI are considered to be the most similar pair of all, and it's pretty easy to tell the difference.
>>93519566
>I-it's a prototype form! H-he'll look like Ultron in the final battle!
>>93519613
>>93520998
They're incredibly easy to tell apart side by side, but there's no massive differences which would easily separate them on their own. The nuances are self evident side by side but individually they can all be abstracted out to "red and gold suit, which all have the same head and faux mechanical musculature".
How is iron man not overpowered? hes always making a new suit
>>93519613
"Up yours, Thanos!"
"Th-that's m-mean! N-no bully!"
>>93522102
He's the ONLY person in the MCU that has successfully beaten the Hulk.
With prep time, he is literally the most overpowered Avenger.
>>93522848
But he gets beat by a guy with a frisbee at every turn
>>93522937
Technically, he beat the guy with a frisbee, though. Frisbee guy's friend distracted him and Frisbee guy took advantage of the opening provided.
On a gold day with no holds barred, Starks extremely capable of beating Cap.
