What I see when I look at this page is an editor that's not done their job. This is art that COULD be good if given another pass to tighten up the anatomy, but there was no editor who gave enough of a shit to make them fix it.

Its more sad than anything, because it's indicative of an artist not being pushed to a higher potential.

All-New Wolverine is a book held by Laura 'X-23' Kinney, Logan's female clone.
There's also Old Man Logan who is in 3 different team books and has his own ongoing on top. He's literally the Old Man Logan from the Old Man Logan comic brought back to the past for no reason.
Sabretooth had recently been character inverted which made him act more like Wolverine. Haven't read Weapon X right now, but he had never fully recovered from it last time I saw him.
Jimmy Hudson from Ultimate universe was brought to 616 to fill in the Wolverine slot in X-Men Blue.

At least Daken is still dead, I think. Not so sure.
Lady Deathstrike is also running around right now, though, in case there weren't enough people with adamantium claws around right now for your taste. She's also in Weapon X.

Regular boring old Wolverine you're familiar with is currently still dead though.
