My friend said Raven would be better introduced in a solo movie like Wonder Woman before the supposed teen titans movie, and I agreed. What do my fellow channers think, should she be introduced in the Teen titans movie (live action), or before in her own movie?
Introduce her in the Nightwing movie, obviously
If they go with her full backstory as conceived by Marv Wolfman, yeah it could easily be its own movie, it's a fucking novel.

Teen Titans is getting a tv show. The only Titans character who is getting a movie is Nightwing. That could change obviously, but Im not sure Raven could carry a whole movie.
Cyborg is getting a movie isn't he?

Allegedly. Cyborg's movie should be about him helping found the Teen Titans.

It remains a dubious prospect depending on how Justice League does :/

Let's hope they don't muck it up as bad as batmanVsuperman

Snyder's not in charge anymore, so I'm optimistic.

Well, uh, there are two short-lived comics featuring Raven as the main character. They weren't well received but neither is especially long so you can check for yourself.
Point is, I don't think it's a good idea to make a movie out of a character that failed twice to carry a story on her own.

I hated that run! Every panel was Raven saying she doesn't know what's going on and I didn't know what was going on either because the art was so shit. And then she went shoe shopping. How exciting.
Our Girl deserves better.
I'd imagine a movie/series just about Raven would be like Hellboy. An apocalypse demon that chooses to do good and travels the world fighting the supernatural.
Would SHADE hunt Raven? Or work with her?

I blame scott

>a character that failed twice to carry a story on her own
Something tells me it isn't so much the character as how the character was handled.

A slap in the face to all raven fans
