I just finished Crisis on Infinite Earths and it was alright. I just wish it was shorter and had less narration. What do you think about this Crisis, /co/?

overrated

That's what I thought about it too. I mean it had some good moments like Barry sacrificing himself, and both Kal-L and Superboy wrecking the monitor's shit but not much besides that.

Way too long and overly wordy, but its not meant for me. Its for people who grew up with golden/silver age heroes and it was a last hurrah for "their dc universe." that being said, its aged like milk.

>What do you think
first crisis, best crisis
it wasnt that great, but it did give us Whatever happened to the man of tomorrow
I respect it but I have a hard time actually enjoying it.

Actually ... "Crisis" was a yearly JLA/JSA crossover one or two issue event for many years before CoIE. But I agree it was the best.
Part of what made it so cool was the gradual buildup snuck into so many titles leading up to it.
Crisis isn't really a thing to be enjoyed. It was published to be a means to an end. That's not to say it's not important to write a good story, but COIE isn't really something you go back to for how good the comic is.
>All the plebs ITT
Good god. You wouldn't guess this is /co/.
Crisis is a masterpiece. Sorry it has too many words for you ADHD ridden modern shits.
