It's a crapshoot. Because of the way the show works, as soon as you put your faith in someone, they'll fail you before the first commercial break. Even if you pick the most unlikely candidate, they'll still lose because you chose them. The only real choice is Jimmy, because even if he fails, his hi-jinks will cause someone to have a solution and save you; but he's not an option.

Given the past records of the show, Hugh is probably the best option, but as said, as you chose him you will lose. The only way to win is not to play, and enjoy the comedy of someone else's choices.
