You know, more than good or bad, BvS is just extraordinarily STRANGE. I almost feel like I can't judge it simply because I'm still not sure what to make of it.

I agree. It follows the essential superhero story and has a big, effects-heavy showdown with an alien monster at the end, but there's something surreal about watching it that's impossible to put into words.

Its easy to blame Snyder for BvS, but I blame Jesse. Snyder catered to his demands

I feel if this scene wasn't trying to sell me a Jolly Rancher in particular, it would have been an alright albeit strange scene. If it was just some random candy, rather than some paid programming i would have liked it.
