I think this episode was making fun of the show it self. Like the writers room and the ending to the episode that the main reason UG exists is because the creator was making a bunch of doodles out of boredom.

My guess would be that OP extrapolated a message out of his ass via hyperbole of that which is pictured in the title card so that it fits with his perceived views on the industry.
