It kinda looks like it's based off of Bendis' GOTG armour. The hyper sleekness is a little off putting imo
>>93484455
eh i like it
>they will never use the black suit for a movie
brb crying
The helmet looks Granovian.
>>93484455
Extremis?
>>93484680
no, the shoulders are different and it doesn't have the ugly face piece
>>93484455
>tfw love power armor, but hate Tony Stark
>tfw even love smarmy asshole anti-heros, but Stark takes that shit way too fucking far, and the ego is unearned
>tfw wish more non-powered heroes wore power armor, but DC is afraid of being accused of plagarism, and Stark REEEEEEES at any Marvel heroes who try it, unless they happen to be his best friend and/or fuck buddy
For fucks sake.
>>93484694
It DOES kind of evoke the feeling of the Extremis armor, what with rhe roundness and Stark having a chestpiece again means he probably took the syrum.
>>93484954
That pic isn't what I meant to post
>>93484781
The fact that Stark's such an asshole that's capable of being the hero OR villain under the varying circumstances is what sets him apart from other capes.
Why would you want just some generic hero under the armor? He's an egomaniacal mad scientist trying his absolute best go be a good guy and that's what makes him fun to read.
>>93484781
>and Stark REEEEEEES at any Marvel heroes who try it, unless they happen to be his best friend and/or fuck buddy
which one is ironheart?
>>93484455
>gotg armor
I really don't see it.
>>93484781
>>tfw wish more non-powered heroes wore power armor, but DC is afraid of being accused of plagarism
Not really my man
>Golden Avenger
>armor is mostly red
>also bald
Gaijin puh-lease!
>>93485101
>hero
Let's be generous and settle for calling Lex an anti-hero. Though I concede to your point.
Power Company Rebirth when? I miss my gal Skyrocket.

I agree with you dude. I even love Iron Man's design so so much, but I just REEE knowing that Tony's under there.
god i love Tony Stark
>>93484455
Looks kind of alien. I bet he used some Chitauri tech?
>>93484781
you should read wild cards
>>93484486
I know realistically he would've had it removed way before IM3, but i kinda wish Tony had kept his chest reactor.
>>93485055
I unironically love this armor, especially the helmet.
>>93485364
We all do :'(
Do you guys think Tony will die when he makes his 50th armour in Avengers 4?
>>93485207
Invincible, Incomparable, Invulnerable, Immutable, Immovable, Incandescent, Iridescent, Immortal Zombi-!

>>93485437
Tony wont die in the MCU, they always need him for a backup
>>93485437
He'll probably become Director of a new S.H.I.E.L.D. and serve a Nick Fury-like role in the universe, but less cloak-and dagger about the job.
That way they can have him occasionally show up in armor for a cameo once in awhile and not require RDJ to make a trip to anywhere but a recording booth, and only show his face when they feel like a risky movies need a moment of super-star power to boost ticket sales.
>>93485146
Truly the work of God himself.
>>93486062
...I like this idea. As a giant Ironfag, I hate the idea of Stark leaving the MCU, but at the same time, I realise they can't just keep makiklng Iron Man movies and RDJ has other projects he works on. Having him play a background role like Fury did would be a smart move.

SHIN!!!! Dan Kuroto
>>93484647
That was Rhodey inside
How exactly does powered armor work in these stories anyway? Gotta be servos placed at articulation points, yeah? Some kind of artificial muscle fiber maybe?
>>93484781
Has DC been doing anything with the Rocket Red Brigade since Flashpoint?
>>93487082
No. Which is fucking bullshit!
Though, I guess you couldn't really avoid that getting political.
>>93485101
Lets be real, Lex's powersuit has always been lame as fuck.
For the smartest man on the planet you think he'd know to put a fucking helmet on.
>>93484455
It's so shiny...
>>93485055
Tony joining the GotG for all of five minutes was dumb, but I do like this armor.
I prefer the shoulders on the figure though.
>>93487180
Not necessarily. Even during the fugitive arc in John's Green Lantern, the politics never got extremely preachy. Their just mechas trying to do what they believe is good and flesh out the DC universe a bit beyond Gotham.
>>93487180
You are retarded if you think DC writers can get political, most of them are clueless, I doubt Johns can find Russia on a map.
>>93485101
Lex armor always seemed pointless when trying to match up with Superman.
The guy might as well cover himself in paper mache for all the good any metal would do.
I thought really super smart guy would do something a little more out of the box when wanting to go fight Superman. Armor with jet boots seems pretty basic.

Repulsor magic, I ain't gotta explain shit.
>>93487462
>we might get it in the MCU if Stark doesn't die.
I'd be down for Gemini or a spiritual successor to Gemini getting some actual screentime.
>>93484486
Wait, will he use the under-armor now?
