I can only see Jasper momentarily being in the barn/occasionally visiting to chat with Lapis and Peridot but then leaving to do her own shit/training to get stronger or more educated on Earth to become more skilled because she wants to be better than the Crystal Gems in as many ways as possible. She'd probably try to embrace Earth a bit more to get over some issues and since she was "born" there; but not in a very sappy manner.
