How strong is Ben? How good of a martial artist is he? Ben knows jacks hit about ki.

Let's not pretend like being a Saiyan automatically makes you able to do all of these things. Goku trained to become the way he is. Just like most of the important humans and other non-Saiyans in that world trained to become the way they are. Simply being Saiyan isn't a free pass to automatically be a skilled fighter. If he literally took Goku's body, you might be onto something. But from my understanding, Ben's watch merely makes him into an alien version of himself. The only usefulness he'd have is looking at a full moon while in Saiyan form.

When he transforms, some knowledge is atached to the new forms. Rath here for example, is a master on multiple alien martial arts.

Pretty sure standard Saiyan abilities are a level of super strength and durable skin even for the untrained. Other than that their hair stops growing after a certain length and they stay in their prime well into their late 40's. Overall just tougher humans that can take more physical punishment than even a well trained human.

He would mostly be a really physically tough monkey guy with a tail.

Most of them are not too amazing apart from humans. Not in the same way all aliens from Ben 10 have superpowers just for being aliens.

Frieza is the only one that really seems to add a lot. With the ability to survive anything no matter how many parts are cut off or floating around in space. Plus rage based physical transformations.

Nameks are boneless, stretchy slug people that can regrow arms but it hurts really badly to do it. And there is some argument for their being solar powered since they have three suns and never eat food. Any other skill is again trained ki or magic.

To understand what it would be, you have to understand WHAT the Ultimate form is.

It is a simulation of how an alien specie would evolve and addapt themselves, based in a projection of a 10.000 old intergalact war. An ultimate Sayan grow on these conditions would probably be a S4 or S3 at the very least.

Maybe even better, because the characters that achieved that didnt had "10000" years to reach that point.
