I only really read the comments because I like discussion about the story, bu the sheer stupidity of some of the comments is very grating. I also hear that Minna had to change a part of the comic where the characters found some old notes written in Mandarin that one of the characters called "Ching-Chong" since they obviously didn't know the language. This triggered the tumblrite SJW crowds massively, and they effectively tongue-lashed her into changing it.

I mean I love the art and the story is interesting for me, but I think I understand why people would be a little underwhelmed by reading a 750+ page webcomic where *nothing* happens for years

Imagine reading unsounded where sette and bestdad just went around with nothing much happened for four years
