Most of the younger JSA members were simply erased from existence by the reboot because there was no space for them as the older JSA members were all deaged into yet another team of boring twenty-somethings. The reboot was almost as hard on the JSA as it was on the Young Justice crew.
Robinson made some noises about incorporating her character into Earth-2's Red Tornado, because he was an idiot and thought erasing two comfy characters was a good idea. Then he quit and she was Lois Lane all along.
But for God's sake, why would you want her to be a Titan? Do you want her dead?

The New 52 superheroes were suppose to start with Superman. Superheroes had only been around for five years, so there was no JSA or legacy for those characters.
