Memories in the khert don't specifically exist as whole people any more, which is part of the pain ghost problem most likely. They're all the bad shit that has ever happened, but separated from any good shit that was connected to it that might given them context to soothe their existence. What likely happens: she storyboards and draws all day, maybe takes the very occasional nap to refresh during the day, and checks /co/ every so often while drawing. Then during hiatuses and holidays, she actually gets to visit family and friends.

Additionally, some pages are easier to draw than others. For example, it's a lot easier to draw the same or similar types of scenes over and over (the early towns they visited like Knobbytop, the Deadly Nevergreen, etc.) But now that they're venturing out into entirely new places, with new characters, maintaining the same level of detail and artistic quality requires more time. So right now, she's a bit behind on her buffer (hence needing a hiatus), but in earlier chapters, she had time to do things like ride a bike or visit with friends.

It's also likely that she keeps in contact with friends in a private chatroom, which doesn't require the drain and commitment of face to face interaction, but still provides some social time.
