Leagues better than Tara. Her Harley does an excellent job of both capturing Arleen Sorkin's original work on the role and adding a distinctive twist that marks it as Hynden Walch's. Most importantly, it feels natural and well-delivered as opposed to forced and hacky like Tara's.

Not only did this movie have the best replacement Harley voice, it also had the best modern Harley costume. They should really just take both those things away from this otherwise mediocre movie and use them for future depictions of the character.

When Arleen's Harley felt sad or hurt, you could really tell she poured her all into it, and there was a nice depth that showed the Harley we saw was just a facade behind it all. Tara's Harley seems to exist in a perpetual state of bubbly confidence.
