You can hate it, but does that in any way surprise you? Wrathia clearly only cares about her goals, and anything or anyone even remotely associated with Titan is clearly a target in her eyes.

Of course, the problem is that we still don't know how much of that killing spree was Ava. It could go either way with Ava. I can see her slaughtering a crowd of people in a misplaced fit of anger over her previous anxiety attack.
