It looks terrible. It's Brad Jones' cheap-ass cartoon. He did Cinema Snob for That Guy With The Glasses, but now he's mainly known got eating and drinking stuff and shitting out idiotic reviews on his YouTube channel.

It's alright. It has terrible comedic timing, though. Especially in the last episode, jokes fall completely flat because a shot is held for too long or there are pauses in the dialogue. I think he's going for a zany feel with dry dialogue delivery, but it needs to be much faster to accomplish that. As it is the show often feels like a disjointed mess with elements of Looney Toons-esque comedy delivered with timing and pacing more suited for a serious drama.
