No Gen13 rebith yet, but IIRC wasn't there a hint/announcement of an upcoming? DC seems to have acknowledged that the young justice line was doing badly and are working on rebirthing it, but they seem to have decided not to rush.
Which makes sense IMHO, gives people time to forget and move on from the Lobdel TT. I think it needs a fairly hard reboot though, because some of the hijinks of New52 Teen Titans were seriously poison for the characters. Cassie, Bart Allen, Superboy, and Tim Drake suffered the worst,

Gymnasts, especially ones that train from a young age, often end up pretty small/delayed puberty. Extreme fitness = low body fat = body holding back on growth spurts and puberty. So for someone like Damien and Dick, who were both trained from a very young age, puberty would be both delayed and have less time. Compare that with Bruce who was ~11 when he started intensively training and the other robins who were in their mid teens. Its why children who are maybe slightly chubby (not overweight fat, just higher than average) often suddenly shoot up when puberty kicks in, but kids who were lean and strong suddenly fall behind.

There was actually a fight in the Batcave and Jason's case didn't get smashed. That has to be the first time since 1988.

Urban/rural divides aside, Superman landing in the city had a host of logical problems. Namely that even in the early 20th century it's gonna be harder to hide that you just got a kid from the stars and their spaceship in your apartment.
