I think that is Nebula the Cloud Man from the recent New Super-Man story. China White and the green guy who he rolls with are there too. Also there is the burned 9th Circle guys from the current Green Arrow arc and Magog is currently a villain in the current Supergirl arc. Also Count Vertigo is the spiral face guy, also recently used in Green Arrow. These are all villains currently being used in some way in other comics.
