Well, orphans who grew up entirely without parents often have severe psychological disorders. As we know she can have episodes of violent behavior without even remembering them.
I think she beats herself up about that a lot, so whenever she's not going psycho she probably would do whatever Gamma wants, being a snivelling mess and apologizing whenever she thinks she did anything wrong.
So, to find out what Zimmy does with Gamma I'd turn to look at Gamma.
We've seen her caressing Zimmy and behaving motherly.
I think Zimmy is submissive when her mind is clear, Gamma is dominant but very caring. I don't think they'd do much more than hugging and petting in a big pile of plushies, usually, but perhaps sometimes they'll do drugs (soft stuff, like alcohol) and then things get a bit more heavy.
I think there'll be a lot of crying and I don't think they actually explore their sexual fantasies at all.
As for what Zimmy might be into, realistically, it could be literally anything, but it's likely to be something deviant. However, as I said, they'd never explore it. I think they'd be very conservative in bed.
