I haven't been keeping up very much, but I know that in the beginning, she was a great mix of teenage superhero and authentic Muslim character with authentic Muslim teenage problems. She reminded me a lot of Ultimate Spiderman: teenage outcast dealing with getting her powers plus various teenage drama while still being a cute, funny, charming book.

Lately though, Inhumans have become the new mutants, with all the drama that entails. And as the most popular inhuman, she's thrown into every book they're in, no matter how little it fits her character.

She'd probably be great in a New X-man style book with other inhuman teens, focused on teenage drama instead of torture/genocide/etc... drama.

Really it would just come down to where her dad draws the line. He's not hardline - he works at a bank IIRC. But he's gotta draw a line somewhere and I think that's gonna be a big factor.
