No he's not. As much as I find him sometimes annoying he's just seems sorta dumb. I've seen shitty meth addicts, panhandling shitheads, and other lazy homeless bigger asshats survive as unredeemable human garbage for years. You'd think they would waste away but nope still manage to stay alive regardless how much society viewed them as a damn nuisance. So I doubt he's much of risk of ending up dead. Probably has connections anyway and will just couch surf till he finds a place again unlike the former kinds of people I've mentioned.
