From what I can tell this whole series has been building up Missy getting redemption.
The next episode is probably going to be her vs Simm-Master through timey-wimey fuckery.
She'll beat him, start being goody-goody, and then when The Doctor gets offed she'll become the new "Doctor Who" because he'll be out of regenerations or something.

American trailer shows Missy dancing with Simm Master, surrounded by flames. It seems Simm is also on the ship, and I imagine is gonna do some fucked up shit then meet his future self.

What I imagine is going to happen is that they're both going to work together to do some really horrible things involving cybermen.
But in the final episode, Missy is going to start getting some second thoughts and will sacrifice herself to stop herself (Simm) because of the Doctor's teachings.
