At one intersection the storyteller makes Puss do both branches and then also a third branch that isn't in the interactive version at all.

Dulcinea has always looked really cute in some scenes, but horrifyingly ugly in most scenes. I've always felt her facial structure caused the problems - the big eyes, and even bigger eye sockets, as well as the way her snout is shaped around her mouth. It just looks so weird to me.

I do like her chest tuft, as well as the tuft on her head. That is cute.

Seems to be taking afew pages from telltale games recent approaches with their crowdplay stuff.

YTV did this a month ago with Chuck's Choice. There are around a dozen hidden YouTube videos, and at the end of every part, you have to pick one of three choices. A few of the choices are false, but for the most part, it has a surprising amount of depth.

The Puss in Boots timeline is kind of weird. Assuming the show comes first, Puss loves Dulcinea. But we know for a fact that he becomes a world famous womanizer who sleeps with countless ladies. I think the Puss in Boots movie was also a prequel as well, so Puss was still a womanizer even after he met Kitty Softpaws.

Does it cheapen his feelings for Dulcinea, knowing he's just going to fuck every girl he can?

It's an interesting experiment, though it'll probably be reserved for one-shot stories and the like. (Which isn't necessarily a bad thing.)

I suppose the next step, if possible, would be to make these kind of episodes remember the choices a viewer makes and use them to determine future choices. So, for example, a mystery story could have a scene where a viewer can normally choose a "left" door or a "right" door, but if the viewer had previously encountered a scene where the characters learned of secret passages, then the aforementioned choice now includes a "secret passage" that wouldn't normally be an option.
