Power levels really mean nothing in comedy shows. Personally, I liked it when Dominator fucked him up, even though he actually was trying.

The first episode I watched was the one when Hater fights Emperor Awesome. I actually thought that Hater was a villain and Awesome was a dickish superhero who wanted to stop him.

It was a comedy/action series. The reverse of the Powerpuff Girls, which was action/comedy.
Powerlevels remained more or less consistent throughout the whole show though.
