Yeah but OP said based solely on web popularity, and If I ain't mistaken this was was just only at 100k views (probably less) at the time before Nick considered making this into it's own series, and very few people only knew about it pre-series.

I don't know if that should be considered "popular". Getting 100k views is nothing.
