Nahh, Emma stone is near 30 now. They need someone younger and less famous, even for budget issues. Also, Spider Gwen would really need before an introduction film with Spiderman as main, something like Spiderverse.

That particular cosplayer is dating the guy who designs most of the body suit Spidey-related costumes. You can buy the pattern and then for an extra fee they have a place that will make it. That's why we get things like Anti-Gwen, Gwenom, Cap Spidey, etc. The two cosplayers are a good 75% of the costume appearances at cons, especially a new design.
