What's a fun Iron Man series to read?
here's the truth OP, outside of a few stories like Armor Wars, Demon In A Bottle etc, Iron Man has never really had good stories.

Superior Iron Man is the most fun Iron Man story.

I enjoyed Ultimate Human, which was storytimed recently.
I did like the Fraction run.
Hypervelocity and Extremis are good as well.

Don't listen to him. IM doesn't have "classic" runs because he never really got those A-List writers to make him popular before the movies. But that doesn't mean his books aren't good. Far from it, really. They tackled some stuff different from the usual cape books.
Anyway, if you're a complete newbie, the Fraction run is terrific. It's equal parts super-hero and character study. It's funny, emotional and uplifting. Definitely read that first.
After that, the run which started with Ellis' Extremis is also really good. After that read the Busiek run, continue until the vol's end, and I guess you can look at the early 60s-80s stuff next.

My pleasure anon. Us comic Iron Man fans (all 30 of us) gotta stick together and initiate new folks to our army.
