ITT: Songs that could and should have been cut

It's a damn good song but the trolls/gnomes whatever the fucks added nothing to the movie.

Should have saved their "plot" and song for movie number 2. But I get the feeling movie 2 is going to basically be

The real kicker is that not only is the troll song stupid, it's the last song in the movie. You'd think we'd get something else, wouldn't you? Maybe some revision of "Let it Go," where Elsa recognizes she can't abandon her family and her nation. Maybe a third reprise of "For the First Time in Forever." But no! "Fixer Upper" is THE LAST SONG in Frozen. There's nothing else until the Sami chorus!

Olaf could have been a fairly deep character if they actually did something with the "snowman wants to bring summer" subplot, but instead they just handwaved it away without any sacrifice or compromise. Heroes get absolutely everything in the end with no loss whatsoever.

He just ended up being yet another comic relief sidekick in Disney's long list of comic relief sidekicks
