No but definitely darker and more Catholic then the movie it's a lot closer to the novel.

On a side note I damn well hope that the next /v/: The Musical uses more songs from, like, actual musicals. As of yet they've only done three (3) songs from Jesus Christ Superstar and that's a fucking crime. Hell I already have ideas for a Tood Howard Meant to be Yours (Mods were Meant to be Paid) and there's gotta be something you could do with the Squip Song (IT'S FROM JAPAN, confusing buzzwords).
