Cap is objectively right, at least in universe. In every superhero movie ever, the feds are at best idiots, and at worst antagonists. Plus, the threats they fight off routinely trounce all non-superhuman defenses. The Accords would cost far more lives than they would save.

There was no reason to choose Tony over Cap, especially after seeing the corporate scumbags we always knew the government was at the start. We already know the avengers are the only ones good at their job, they shouldn't have to answer to anyone like the government, especially not when they're both smarter, and more powerful than they are.

They just needed Cap to keep them in check, Tony's reasons weren't even valid. Siding with monsters just so you have someone to hold you accountable, while also forgetting that more than a single black kid would've died had you not stopped the invasion. Like, fuck off lady, so what if a few thousand died? Literally the whole planet would have died or been enslaved without Tony, you'dve been joining your son, who would probably call you out for being a dumb bitch considering he was smarter than you.
