If you're still here RRR, then as a guy into the mind control/hypnosis fetish I'm not sure how much detail you'd want to go into, or if I even really can since when it comes to weird fetish there's not much that's rational to explain, a person is either weird in the head in a way that they "get" it or they don't.

TL;DR is yeah, there's much more to it than the eyes to make a good hypno pic. Preferably you make use of body language/pose and facial expressions to put the concept across in a way that goes beyond "drawing of a person with fucked up eyes."


If you want detail about what hypnofetishists look for, there are a lot of flavors. Some people really get off on the idea of the power dynamic and they like a picture that emphasizes that. Some people like the subject to look like the process makes them stiff and robotic; some like them to look struggling, like they're actively resisting it but not quite winning; some like them to look completely limp and out of it; some people like them to look high and dreamy.
That's about all I guess I can fit in a post off the top of my head, but basically you want the way the subject is drawn to put some kind of concept like the above across in more ways than just the eyes. Since your prompt was just a girl bound to a chair, maybe you were limited in your options there. Coming at it purely from the fetish angle I'd say your picture is good, but could be better.
