I dunno, if anything the animatronics in FNAF are too mobile.

The CEC robots were creepy because they did very limited movements very jerkily. The FNAF robots are fucking terminators.

I actually think the scary thing about the fnaf robots is the fact that they are so fluid. Think about it, every animatronic we've seen is stiff and rigid and too be the opposite of that is weird and different which is then therefore scary. This might be just my take on it though
