Unfortunately if you want the highest quality of scans you'd typically take your book apart and scan the pages individually. I obviously don't recommend this. The other option is to just scan the book page by page with the book opened and getting lower quality images. But some images are better than none.

Tbh this is actually my first story time. The reason I chose Megg, Mog & Owl because it's something I enjoy personally and I know others will too. What I do suggest though is make sure what your story timing is both interesting to you and the readers, but you'll also commit to. Obviously don't start a story time and leave half way through because the thread is going to shit. Besides that just have fun and talk with others to get the thread going.

Simon Hanselmann posts about stuff on twitter, instagram and tumblr all the time. There are new MMO comics literally all the time. The problem is a lot of the zines he self publishes don't ever get scanned. I have a large number of them that I want to scan eventually if no one else does. How is it obvious? Genetics are a total crapshoot and nothing is obvious at all. My grandfather is black but my mom looks completely white. Yet my younger brother dark as fuck. Wasn't One More Year supposed to be the sequel to Megahex? How come a lot of it was repeats? it's been like 2 years since Megahex came out and I still want to know what happens next. Guess by the time the next storyline book comes out it'll be the end of Megg Mogg and Owl but who knows. Read an interview with Simon and he seems tired of making these things and wants to move on to some original space story now

Somewhat sad that I bought Worst Behavior only to have the full thing in color inside One More Year, but still glad to support the dude's endeavors.

There's a tiny annotation in the Amsterdam book about how those episodes all take place during Megahex, the timetable got everything seems pretty fluid.

It makes some sense when you consider that when Owl leaves, he remarks that he thinks he's an out of control sex addict and alcoholic, implying their influence has made him a shittier guy, which is why he wants to leave.

When Hanselmann wrote "Xmas 2017" WWJ killing himself kind of came out of nowhere but he's been putting things in the stories to build up to it like his shit finally wearing out its welcome with his friends or him clearly being increasingly out of his depth as he ages.

But no there are plenty of stories that aren't actually dependent on the status of their sobriety(Owl trying to fuck a 13 year old, most of the Truth Zone comics both the tumblr ones and the ones for instance in Portrait or Landscape about WWJ and Owl creating zines,[ them going to live in the woods temporarily because the house got infested after they brought a tv that was thrown away home in Hard Rubbish, etc). Drugs are a part of their life. But there is plenty of plot and character development that doesn't revolve around it at all. And yeah I know they aren't lolrandom jokes and the (anthropomorphic characters aside) characterizations are supposed to be realistic. That was MY point. There's probably a single digit number of people who own more MMO releases than I do.
