It doesn't, it just feels cheap, which is hard to accomplish especially how the original series used a shit load of reusable animation and tried to save money as much as possible.

I remember seeing a Wild Thornberrrys thread about how someone edited the Eliza's wikia page calling her a "cute and beautiful girl" with screencaps of canon panty shots.

And just today I ended up seeing the person is probably doing the same thing with Velma from A Pup Named Scooby Doo in another wikia.
