Honestly, Shinkenger. Supaidaman is fun for the silly factor, but it's honestly it's a very milktoast Toku show.

Shinkenger is actually really good. Great cast, strong character development, cool kaijin, surprisingly great villains, and a very satisfying ending. There's a few stumbles, like the mechs not being more than "ok" and the sixth Ranger not being a very good character after his debut, but it has so much going for it that it ultimately doesn't matter.

Also Shinkenger gets props for having the characters get legit injuries after fights. When they get wrecked, they get WRECKED.
