I know there was already an It Hurts!! thread yesterday but I just finished reading it all and I gotta say that ending sure wasnot as good as it could have been, because I generally believe that once all the characters went to Hell, it got bogged down by too much confusing world lore and philosophy, along with trying to give Pasqualo a bunch of different maturity arcs and still remain goofy and bizarre, and the ending is an accumulation of those conflicting elementsbut overall, really good series, I like it, let's talk about it maybe.

Unsure if there's much more to say about it.
I do think that most of the character arcs "ended" with Rhinos, and the whole reveal that actually Hell is pretty nice, and that all our heroes can finally find peace in their lives after working so hard to make sense of the madness of the real world.
The only person who wasn't happy is Pasq, who ultimately came to realize that the one thing he really wanted in life was a chance to pull a Madoka and make something good.
Some people were comparing this to suicide in another thread, but I don't think of it that way. It's just regular death, in the sense that you and I think know it, as the "end" of where we can safely say we know what happens.
It's Pasq accepting this and making peace with this that most of the end of the comic is focused on.
