Nah. Steve doesn't want to go to summer camp and instead of listening to him Stan decides to forcibly bring him to one, they go to a refugee camp, unknowingly at first. They decide Stan makes the most of it, calls it Camp Refoogee and you get the hilarity of a summer camp that's actually a refugee camp.

The B plot to this episode has the best line ever uttered on AD.
