Cause listen, I know a lot of you have seen these amazing speed feats that Flash has done, but right now, no speedster can be faster than light, it seems, and this includes The Flash. Once a certain threshold of speed is reached, they'll get pulled into the Speedforce and disappear into it without an anchor.

So at this point, if it's the current Flash, then anyone who can move FTL can beat him in a race.

If we're talking about Flash at his prime speed, then I think only the Shrike and Suggsverse characters can beat him in a race.
