Any comic where ANY character is a male gay character who looks very feminine and is casually wearing feminine clothes?
No, transgenders don't count. And I mean OPENLY gay character, not stuff left to subtext.
The closest I've personally managed to get to this is with Wiccan in Young Avengers. But, his outfit is at best gender neutral.
