Basically Sid comes down for breakfast and asks his parents "where did I come from?" So they start acting like they're going to give him The Talk but then his father randomly tells him to walk through a wall. He does and he no clips through it and appears in the real world. He meets with the team who make the show and they explain to him how he's a cartoon character and all his life is a tv show. They show a bit about how they use motion capture and cgi then Sid returns home and he literally has an existential crisis about not existing so he parents put on sunglasses and use a men in black memory wipe stick thing on him and he forgets it and he continues his day.

That might be called "word world". I don't know how I know that, but when I heard "spelling farm animals", the name "word world" popped into my head. I have no memory of seeing this show, but I know I used to watch Zooboomafoo with my faggot boyfriend while we were high, so it's possible that an episode of Word World slipped in and lodged itself in my unconscious.

There's another kids show called "Dino Train" which is probably the most informative documentary on dinosaurs/prehistory on TV right now.
